The statement “We learn to do by doing it.” by Spencer W. Kimball  show how we learn things by practicing and trying them. We can not learn new thing unless we try and do them. This statement  is similar to the quote practice makes perfect. You can not learn or get better at new things unless you actually do them. Many  times people do not do  things because  afraid they are going to do it wrong. However, you have to try first before being good at it.People are easily embarrassed when trying new things. THey Always thinks they will be made fun of for doing something wrong. We can't learn  new things out of thin air you must first do it first.

Duties and responsibilities: EMTs are the pre-hospital  medical treatment. They are in charge of treating and transporting patients to the hospital.EMTs can work with the police and firefighter.  EMTs have to be work at odd hours and weekends during critical conditions.EMTs must be able to check vital signals and be able to perform CPR and other life saving procedures.

Salary:$30,000-$40,000

Education:To able to become an EMT you must have a high school diploma and a clean criminal record.Training programs for Emts May vary between 2-6 months and it may also depend on the level of EMT. Most EMT programs are provided in community colleges ,technical schools, and universities.

Demand for this profession: The  demand for this profession has grown 24% more than the average growth.

Reflection: I would consider looking into this job but  I don’t think i have the emotional capacity to have  a job as difficult as this one.

The right paths is always there for you to take but is up to you to follow it. It may be difficult to reach the path and there always be tests and obstacles in life that will show have you are a good person.Many times people find it easier to choose the wrong path. Taking the easy way in life will get you nowhere and life will become much more difficult than taking the right path would have seemed.This statement explains how there right thing to do will always be with you may be in thought or may be presented to you in different ways.

Duties and Responsibilities: Ear Nose Throat Doctors are responsible for any medical or surgical treatment of the stated areas but as well as the head or neck. Ents regularly treat problems like nosebleeds. They also treat hearing disorders,balance disorders ,hearing problems. Surgical procedures may be done to head and neck to remove, tumors,treat deformities and facial trauma.

Salary: $200,000- $300,000

Education: They most first go to medical school and get a bachelors degree in science. ENTs must go through five years of surgical residency. One year of general surgeries and four  years in specialized training.

Demand for this profession: It is expected to be a great growth of demand for this profession in the coming years.

Reflection: This seems like a job that is important but it does not really interest me.

                      The statement," Choosing the right is always the right thing do." by Alex Linares  means by doing the right thing  you are choosing the right. Choosing the right can mean may things or be be represented in many ways. To  do the right thing and choosing the right is difeicult for some people, its easier for them to do the wrong thing. To do the wrong thing is easiy way easier than doing doing the right thing. At first choosing the wrong may be the easy way but afterward it will make it much more difficult.

With obedience we will achieve the right thing and choose the right. David Bednar is that obedience must always be our goal to be choose the right.Not Choosing the right and not being obedient will get nowhere great in life.However, You can accomplish great things by choosing the right and being obedient.

                           The LAUSD services seem very convenient. I can see that it will make my learning process easier for me.  I think these services that LAUSD  provides help  many students and I would like to take advantage of it.
