Duties:They work in bakeries, restaurants, hotels,and cafes. They may cater events as well. They make cakes, cookies, chocolates, confections and other treats.
Salary: (median) $41,500
Education: High school diploma  is required. Sometimes associate's degree is needed. On the job training and apprenticeship is common.
Demand for this career: Growth of 9%

Reflection: I would consider looking more into this career since I enjoy baking.
